RunHer - Women's Running Program

You were never
the problem.
The story was.

From 0km to marathon in 12 months. Not just a finish line. A completely different version of yourself waiting on the other side.

I help women with no athletic background discover what they are truly capable of, through running, breathwork, mental fortitude, and a program built on my own journey from 0 to marathon.

My story

I was you. Completely.

Before — overweight and uncomfortable

• Grew up overweight
Losing weight was the only thought that would go in my head
• Uncomfortable, insecure about everything

During — lowest point

Lost the weight in an unhealthy way
• Felt worse than I ever had, constantly exhausted with no energy
• Thought that would make me feel better about myself
Felt more insecure than before
• Was never satisfied, wanted to get even smaller
Lowest point.

Now — marathon runner, choosing herself

This is what choosing yourself looks like
• Strong, not only physically but mentally
I ran 50 km alone just to see who I had become
• I wake up knowing that I'm living the life my younger self would have dreamed of
Pushed myself and knows that my biggest limits are the ones I put upon myself

0

5
months to my first marathon
3
half marathons in one week
50
km run alone, ten months in

On July 16, 2025, I went on my first run. I was overweight. I had never run before in my life. I stopped every few minutes just to cover 3km.

No athletic background. No running history. Just a decision that something needed to change, and a running club that showed me what was possible. Watching the women around me cross finish lines made something click: if they can do it, so can I. That mindset shift changed everything.

Five months later, I crossed the finish line of a full marathon. Not because I was talented. Not because it was easy. But because I finally stopped listening to the voice that said I could not.

I estimated I would run my first half marathon in January 2026. By then, I had already run a full marathon in December 2025. I was so busy holding myself back that I had no idea what I was actually capable of.

I also wanted to test my limits, so I ran three half marathons in one week. May 4, May 8, and May 11, 2026. And that was not enough, so I ran a 50km run in May 2026.

It was not some extraordinary feat reserved for special people. It was just the natural next step for someone who stopped telling herself what she could not do. That progression is available to any woman who commits to the process. Including you.

The marathon is just proof. What you actually take away from this is a version of yourself who knows she can do hard things, and she brings that into every part of her life.

How RunHer works

01

We find your baseline

Your first run has no target. You run as far as you naturally can. That distance becomes your personal starting point and every future improvement is measured from there.

02

You follow the program

A 12 month program covering training, breathwork, mental fortitude, nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention. Delivered week by week so you are never overwhelmed.

03

You cross the finish line

Marathon day. Everything from the last 12 months comes together. You just have to show up. This is not just a finish line. It is proof of who you have become.

Before anything else

Does any of this
sound familiar?

You have never considered yourself athletic and quietly wonder if you ever could be

You have tried running before, hated it, quit, but something keeps pulling you back

You watch other women run and think "I wish that was me," then tell yourself it cannot be

You want to prove something to yourself, even if you are not sure what yet

You are done starting over. You want a real plan and someone who actually gets it

You want to feel strong, capable, and mentally unshakeable, and running is how you get there

Then I want to be honest with you. This program was built for exactly where you are right now.

This was never really about running. It is about becoming the woman who finishes what she starts, and then carries that into everything else.

The real block

It is not your body.
It never was.

Every woman I have built this for has said some version of the same thing. "I am not a runner. I am not built for this. I did not grow up athletic." I said it too, for years.

Here is what is true: running does not require a certain body type, a certain background, or a certain amount of willpower you were born with. It requires one decision, and the right support after that.

The mental block is the only thing standing between you and the finish line. Everything else is trainable. I know because I was standing exactly where you are.

"I thought the 15km run was genuinely impossible for me. Someone said 'if I can, you can.' By the time I expected to run my first half marathon, I had already finished a full marathon."

What is inside

Eight modules.
One complete transformation.

01

Breathwork

The technique that separates women who run 3km from women who run 30. I will teach you to use breath as a pacing tool so you never hit a wall the same way again.

02

Mental Fortitude

The exact self-talk scripts, mindset frameworks, and identity shifts I used when my body said stop and I kept going anyway. This is the module that changes everything.

03

Posture and Technique

Small corrections that protect your body, free up your energy, and make every run feel lighter than the last. Good form is not about looking right. It is about staying injury-free.

04

Building Distance Safely

A gradual, beginner-safe plan for building your mileage without breaking your body. Every single progression has recovery built in. You will never be pushed to a distance your body is not ready for.

05

Managing Intensity

Most beginners run too hard too often. I will show you when to push, when to protect your progress, and why slowing down is one of the fastest ways to get better.

06

Attire and Gear

The only things that truly matter, how to choose them, and the expensive mistakes most beginners make that you will not have to.

07

Nutrition

Fuel your runs without overcomplicating food. What to eat before, during, and after, including long runs over 90 minutes, without restriction or obsession.

08

Recovery and Injury Prevention

The habits and tools that keep you consistent. Because the women who reach the finish line are not the fastest ones. They are the ones who stayed in the game.

A note on where we are

This program is
just getting started.

I am not going to show you made-up testimonials. I would rather be honest with you than impressive. This program is built on my own journey, every detail of it real and documented. A running club showed me what was possible, and building that same sense of community for you is central to what RunHer is. The first women through this will be the ones who helped build something genuinely different.

🏃‍♀️

Be part of the first cohort

The first women through this program shape how it evolves. Your feedback, your milestones, your story, these become the foundation everything else is built on.

💬

Direct access to me

As a founding member you get my personal attention in a way that will not be possible once the program scales. I will know your name, your starting point, and your goal.

Community from day one

Once we hit five members, a private community opens up. Group runs, check-ins, women doing this together. You will not be doing this alone.

Your questions, answered

Before you reach out,
here is what most people ask.

How much time do I need each week?

In the first two months, you are looking at 3 to 4 sessions per week, most of them under 30 minutes. As you progress, your long run on the weekend gets longer, but the total weekly commitment stays manageable. This is designed around real life, not a full-time athlete's schedule.

Is this safe if I am unfit or overweight right now?

Yes, and I want to be direct about this because it matters. I started this journey overweight and completely untrained. The program builds distance gradually and carefully, with recovery and injury prevention built into every phase. You will never be pushed to do more than your body is ready for. If you have specific health concerns, please speak to your doctor before starting any exercise program.

What if I fall behind or get injured?

Life happens. Injuries happen. That is exactly why the program is 12 months, not 6. There is room built in for setbacks. If something comes up, we adjust. The goal is that you reach that finish line, not that you do it on a rigid schedule that ignores your reality.

I have never run before. Is this truly beginner-friendly?

This program was literally built by a beginner, for beginners. I did not run a single kilometre before July 2025. Everything in this program is based on what actually worked for someone with zero background, not on textbook training theory. Your first session will be a walk with some running mixed in. We start exactly where you are.

What actually happens on the discovery call?

It is a free 30-minute conversation, just the two of us. I will ask you where you are right now, what has held you back before, and what you are hoping this changes for you. Then I will walk you through the program honestly. There is no pressure and no hard sell. If it is not the right fit, I will tell you. I only want to work with women I genuinely believe I can help.

Your timeline, not mine

I did it in five months.
I give you twelve.

I give you 12 months because I never want you to feel rushed. Some women will surprise themselves and get there faster. Others will need the full year, and that is completely fine. What matters is that you get there.

This is not a guarantee of speed. It is a commitment to outcome. I will be with you at every phase. If something slows you down, we adjust together. The only way you do not finish is if you stop. And my whole job is to make sure you never want to.

You are ready

The woman who crosses
that finish line already exists.
She is waiting for you to start.
